Enrollment Process

The following documents well be needed to complete the enrollment process:
- Completed Income Verification Form
- Proof of Income
- Proof of Alcoa Residency - Proof of residency must be a lease agreement, mortgage statement, gas bill or electric bill, and must be dated no earlier than February 2024
- Immunization Shot Record
- Evidence of Medical Exam
- Parent/guardian ID
