Profile

My name is Katelynn Carrington, the new Instruction and Intervention Coach.  I am excited to begin this first year as an Alcoa Tornado!  After attending the University of Tennessee for my Bachelors and Masters degree, I've spent 13 years in Oak Ridge Schools mostly at Woodland Elementary where I taught first and third grade.  While getting my Ed.S at Lincoln Memorial University, my coaching experience began at Oak Ridge Schools Preschool for a year then back to Woodland for two years.  

 

I enjoy spending time with my family, our sweet pup, Bentley, and cooking for others.  My friends are like my family and we love spending time together, trying new restaurants, going to the lake and traveling.
