Hello!

My name is Sara Pierce, and this is my third year officially working at Alcoa Elementary School. I've had the joy of working in the Blended Preschool, in first grade as a paraprofessional, and this year I will be teaching first grade.

About Me

My husband Daniel and I are both graduates of Alcoa. We have four children Lily, Ezekiel, Malachi, and Mayme. My love for working with students took root when we started to grow our own family, and it really blossomed when our son was in the Blended Preschool program the first year it was available at AES. I’ve had the joy of working with children in many volunteer roles, and I served as the Treasurer/Bookkeeper for the PTO for two years. I have a deep respect and admiration for AES staff, and I’m beyond excited to serve in this new role!
