Profile

Hello, my name is Deborah (Debbie) Goodman and I am a Speech-Language Pathologist at Alcoa City Schools. My office is located at Alcoa Elementary School. I will be serving the Transiting TEIS students, preschool students and high School students. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Sign Language Studies and Sociology and a minor in Humanities from Madonna University in Livonia Michigan.  I received a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Radford University. I am a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). I am also a certified member of the Tennessee Association of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologist (TSAASLP) and the Speech-Language-Hearing Association of Virginia. (SHAV). I have been in practice as a speech-language Pathologist for the past 30+ years. I have been married to my husband for over 30 years and we have four adult boys. I have worked for ACS for the last three years and I am looking forward to another wonderful school year.
