About Me:
Hi, my name is Mrs. Caydee Lawrence. I will be your child's kindergarten teacher. We are the Shamu class. This is my 17th year teaching at Alcoa Elementary. I love having the privilege of being a child's first teacher and igniting a love of learning in my students. I look forward to our year together.
I grew up in Louisville and now live in Alcoa. My husband, Damon, and I have been married for 20 years. We have one son, Chase who is at The University of Tennessee Knoxville. We have on daughter Anna Kayt, who is at Alcoa Middle School. We have 2 dogs, Lucy & Molly. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, swimming with my kids, and serving our church. I also love traveling, shopping and watching football.

- Education: I received my Bachelors in English Literature from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I received my elementary education certification from Lincoln Memorial, as well as my Masters degree and my Ed.S. degree. Experience: This is my 13th year teaching Kindergarten at Alcoa Elementary. I absolutely love spending my days with my kids and without a doubt could not find a more wonderful community to be a part of! Bio: I have been married to my husband Damon for 16 years. We have two kids, Chase, who is in 9th grade & Anna Kayt, who is in 3rd grade. I love traveling, the beach, relaxing by the pool, anything that allows me to spend time with my family & being involved with my church.
