About Me:

My name is DaVonda Hall. I moved from Middle Tn to Maryville to be a teacher over 25 years ago. My husband Glen and I have been married for 23 years. We have two daughters, Lauren and Lanie. Lauren is in the Nursing program at Pellissippi and Lanie is a 10th grader at Maryville city schools. My favorite foods are chocolate, Chick-fil-A, and coffee. My hobbies are spending time with my family, camping, reading, watching movies, and walking. My teaching career started at Alcoa as an Intern from LMU. Soon after I was hired as a fulll time teacher. I feel blessed that my entire teaching career has been at Alcoa. I have only taught at Alcoa Elementary but, I can’t imagine that there is any better place to work. We have a family mentality at our school and it feels like home every day when I walk through the doors.
