It can sometimes be difficult to get someone's attention and let's face it, there are lots of negative ways to do that! But what if you want to get someone's attention and you're trying to be kind or thoughtful? What if you want to get the attention of more than one person. Maybe you're a parent with several kids or you're talking to a group? You need a strategy!
As you can imagine, being a teacher can be tough too especially when you're trying to get the attention of an entire class! We've put together a list of the strategies our teachers use everyday to draw kids together and get them focused on what we need to teach.
